taeOne

Out of Brooklyn, NY

taeOne has produced songs for Esoteric, Fresh Daily, Q-Unique, Radix, Reef the Lost tCauze etc. He recently put out "A Nocturne". This is what he has to say about the album

"This album has a very gritty NYC tone and is best suited for a late night chill out session. It is bass heavy with loud drums, stark melodies, and chock full of rare samples including narration by Grandmaster Caz, Charles Bukowski, Malcom Mclaren, M.O.P and Grandmaster Flash."

  2. Doin It, Rap For Real, Dirtae, Ovaltine, and Lullaby stand out like crazy. I think this might be one of the more diverse producers I've heard in a long time. He flips it from gritty to jazzy to spaced out real smooth, but there's still a signature to his style.

Even freaked that Exorcist sample right and I thought that was done to death.

Definitely going to check for more of his work.
